My clownfish has this weird black fungus by its mouth. What can I do?

What else is in the tank with the fish, any corals it may be trying to host?

I was going to say that looks like hypermelaniation but after looking at how it appears “soft and velvety” and raised, I’m wondering if it is a fungus.

Fungus are very uncommon in marine fish, however.

Thoughts on that?

The other other tank mates are : pajama cardinals, dottyback and some inverts. Its barebottom.
