Clownfish gill plate stuck to side

i have had this clownfish for about a month now and this morning I saw only one side of his gills moving. After that he has been at top of tank a lot from what I’m guessing is because of lack of oxygen. I don’t know what to do with this since there is no other forum out there that I have seen with similar cases like this. I’m worried about him and any advice would be great. Thanks

I would do a FW dip to check for flukes. Clamped gill or fin and swimming near the top is a symptom of flukes.
