Just noticed today. There is a new LTA and new BTA in the tank. They have been hanging around the bubble. Is this a sting or something different? Eye is a bit swollen, swimming fine and eating fine. No new additions to the tank fish wise.

The only new additions to my tank are the anemones I mentioned before. All fish have been in there for months at this point.I think this is a mechanical abrasion. Could be a rock could be dominance. Currently I would observe only. If it super infects one must consider hospital tank with antibiotics. Early brooklynella can look similar, that would be less likely but would spread rapidly. Is there any new exposure to tank water that could suggest such?
Okay ill keep an eye on it then, I did not qt the nems. How fast will this spread if its brook? If the norms have not been QTd that still leaves a limited chance for brook...
Wish I could bounce back from injuries that fast lol.Abrasion is at this point an assumption but possible. One good thing about marine fish is their ability to heal and quickly on their own.
Assuming tank conditions and water quality is good, keep an eye on it as it should show improvemnt this time tomorrow. If not, an antibiotic or even melafix may be warranted.
