Clownfish has black spots

Hello
I have a 40 gallon nuvo that has 5 kind of zoas,a chalice and some clove polyps.
I bought a pair of clownfish of a fellow reefer and the Male has black spots on him that are getting worse . The female is starting to show them to.
Can anybody tell me what this is?

Are they wild caught clownfish? Could be turbellarians / Black Ich.

Did you acclimate them? If so, how did you acclimate them?

They've been my tank for 3 weeks.
I acclimated them when I put them in.

Pretty strange then. Are they wild caught Ocellaris or captive bred?

You might want to find out from your dealer, which other fish he has in his system. How often he maintains his tank with water changes, etc.

Also, you should find out whether the Clowns were wild caught or captive bred. Clowns are a very resilient fish, but their reputation mostly applies to the captive bred ones. Wild caught Clowns often come with a host of problems.
