Welcome to Reef2Reef!

That looks like Lymphocystis. It is a fairly common viral disease on newly acquired fish, less common on clownfish or fish that you've had for more than a few months. It is rarely fatal, usually goes away on its in within 6 to 8 weeks and there is no treatment for it. It can sometimes spread to other fish in the tank.

Im glad he won’t die from it. We have had him a couple months. I did read about adding vitamins do you think that would help any?

Nope- a proper diet is important for general health but vitamins won’t cure a viral disease like this. It may get worse before it gets better, but it will go away eventually.
