Clownfish with white stringy poop. Probably internal parasites. It's been over a week, fed tank with API GC and Focus. Just when I brought the food, clown stops eating/eats a little. I think it got a Little bit better, he comes out of his corner. However, he sometimes just turn 45° to the side and several white dots.

First pic- you see some skin near mouth coming off

2nd pic-some white dots you can see.

3rs pic- same as first pic but his top fin looking weird. Fin rot?

4th pic- white spots on tail

Sloughing skin is a classic symptom of Brooklynella. How long have you had him? Was he and other fish QT’ed? Treatment for Brooklynella is 2 scoops of metro per 10G for 14 days. I also wonder about flukes though (tail pic) I would do a FW dip to check for flukes first as it will also offer some relief if it is brook. Do you have a QT setup? Any fish in your tank will need to be treated. Also for internal parasites you need to feed medicated food (metro or GC) for up to 21 days.
@HotRocks @4FordFamily do you guys see brook? I’m on the fence.

Wow. I had him for 7 months. No QT, store does it for me (like actually). On treatment, I have another tank but the problem is I can't catch him. It's a big tank. I've been doing API GC and Focus for a week now.

Any new additions? Hermits? Coral? Etc?

Um foxface but that was 1 month ago with store QT before that. He had no issues except cloudy eye. He always has cloudy eye. I've asked about that but people said it's fine

A cloudy eye is a symptom of flukes. Unless you are aware of an eye injury that has healed a cloudy eye is indicative of illness.

Wow. I've asked a lot of people they all said fine. How come foxface has no issues but clown has?

Let’s wait for a 2nd opinion from the people I tagged above. I’ve never seen a cloudy eye that is normal, typically it’s from injury or illness (bacterial or parasitic)

Me too. Cloudy eye always an issue. First time brought foxface however, went on fourms and everybody said cloudy eye on foxface is norm.

Oh. Ok. Then I added a healthy foxface...

Cloudy eyes are not normal. It's usually secondary to a parasite affliction or a bacterial infection.

As far as Brook goes, I don't see enough on the clown to say 100% brook. The area by the mouth is certainly suspect. If it's not Brook it's bacterial. If I were in your shoes I would move all of your fish to a QT and treat them for 10-14 days with Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2. This will cover most bacterial infections as well as Brook. There is definitely something going on in your tank. I'm sorry to say this, I would never trust a QT protocol from a LFS. Too many people in and out too many fish come and go to prevent cross contamination. I have a good LFS that runs copper, doses prazi and metronidazole etc. He's the first to tell you take your fish home and QT them!

The only true way it would work is if all livestock (everything including inverts and corals) were delivered to a separate facility and QTd there, then brought to the LFS once "clean" it's just not feasible.

I know the owner of my LFS. He moves the fish I will get into a different tank with isolated filtration sump.no other fish there.
Is there any way to catch the fish? Big tank and it's like 80lb of rocks lol. Trap?

@HotRocks nothing bad gunna happen with healthy fish if they eat all the medication above and API GC? And I can use all of them with focus?
