A cloudy eye can be indicative of flukes have you done a FW dip? How long have you had them? Any new additions?
If there aren’t any flukes I would treat with Maracyn2 for 14 days in QT

Hmmm, everyone in the tank received separate quarantine with TTM, prazipro, and Metroplex/Kanaplex. But it could happen! I’m new to the hobby and a little freaked out by freshwater dips- I see a lot of different ways to do it and never know which is best

Are the clowns fighting?

IME cloudy eye seems to be directly correlated to water quality are your nitrates high? What is your filtration like? Have you been keeping up with water changes? Flukes could also be a possibility but usually it’s water quality.
