My clownish has a single dot of ich- still eating, not itching on anything beyond its normal behavior of playing in the frogspawn... I only have that clownfish and a scooter blenny in the tank (both of which are hardy fish). I think my clownfish was spooked by his move from my 32 gallon tank to my 40 gallon tank a few weeks ago. Should I just let her fight it off herself or is it worth treating her?

Good thread on here called ich eradication vs. Ugh management. Take a read. It will help you make a much more informed decision.

This is definitely a case where "watchful waiting" would be prudent. The key here though is to be active in your observations; make a note of where the spot is on the fish. If it stays in one location for 2 or 3 days, and no new spots develop, it may not be ich at all. On the other hand, if that spot goes away after a day, but is replaced by 3-10 more spots in different locations, that is probably ich and should be treated.
