Appeared over night not really sure how, she lays at the bottom of the tank

looks like possibly a tang strike... what tangs do you have in that tank?

Sailfin hippo and scopas. Sailfin is very docile and so is the hippo. Scopas is kind of an a hole. Would I need to pull the barb out of it?

Do you see a barb inside?
I think the only thing you can do is keep an eye on it.

But i think the scopas tail strike it.

Not a tail strike which would be sort of lightning bolt patterned/ May be a puncture would from urchin or simple injury with cyst like development. This has potential to develop into infection or may be infected already. In tank- ruby rally pro for treatment but more effective would be broad spectrum treatment in separate tank using seachem neoplex

My guess is that the scopas tagged it. The location is possibly above the internal organs, but it is right on the line. If internal organs were missed, this will likely heal on its own. The nearest organ to this is the swim bladder, so watch for buoyancy issues - floating or sinking.

So what I mean is she sleeps at the bottom right of the tank next to the flower pot in there I do see urchins time to time down there but they are the variegated sea urchin and they know to watch out for the 2 in there I do have a seperate tank I used for qt still up and has nothing in it...
