Hello, so I've had these two clowns for about 9 months now and I noticed today one has a larger stomach. It's the male one that has this. Though I am not 100%sure it is male since they are pretty much the same size.

It's the bottom one
Also he has been acting normal

Could be a swim bladder issue, dropsy/edema-like infection, constipation, or even a tumor of some sort.

I would start out by trying these two minimally invasive, reef safe treatments: Start feeding him peeled boiled peas and dose Epsom salt @ 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons.

If this doesn't improve things after a few days, your only option left is to QT and treat with antibiotics. Erythromycin/Minocycline combo, Kanaplex or Furan-2.

Do I need to dose Epsom salt every night or just once

Do I need to dose Epsom salt every night or just once

Dose once, wait 48 hrs and dose again. If the fish isn't look better after that then it's time to move on to antibiotics.
