Clownfish Help

Looking for some guidance...

I have a pair of clownfish in quarantine. They have been there for one week and are being dosed with cooper.

One of the clownfish has an issue with a fun. He eats plenty and has good color. Pickup from the LFS resulted in some trauma catching the clowns (falling rocks, hiding fish etc..).

Do you think th issue is a danaged fin, or a parisite? In either case what should I do?
