Should I quarantine and treat just him or should I go ahead and treat the whole tank

Do you have any “scaleless fish” I.e. mandarin dragonettes/scooter blenny? If you don’t, I’d personally treat the whole tank and doing 2-3 treatments (about a week and a half or so) to kill the entire lifecycle because other fish may have flukes too but just not be as infected as him yet. If you have a skimmer, you can leave it but not tuned in (it will overflow) because prazipro decreases oxygen in the tank. Oh and if you have carbon, you have to pull it out because carbon pulls meds from your tank.

Okay yeah I have one scooter blenny so ill probably just move him so the whole tank can be treated then put him back after all treatments are done when its safe to again, or would there need to be all new water to put him back ? Thank you

No need to put new water in. Prazipros medication chemical formula breaks down (why there’s a specific amount and timespan to dose). Then after treatment throw a bag of carbon in and if you wanted to be extra extra sure before you stuck the blenny back in you could leave the carbon in for a couple hours. Remember that if you don’t leave a skimmer running to run an airstone to add extra oxygen

Also, in the future if you ever need to treat your blenny, you’ll need chloroquine phosphate (which you should quarantine tank for because the algae blooms are aweful- the phosphate)You can ask your vet (or in my case I contacted my local aquarium and tracked down their vet) who was kind enough to prescribe some.

I love blenny’s! The picture I have up is mine. His name is Icarus and i rescued him for like 5$ from Petco. He came in a shipment and was near starving so he’s a little thin in the pic, but I fattened him up so quickly!

The poor baby im glad he is doing better in a good home
Our scooter blenny is our families favorite in the tank, he has alot of personality and just scoots around its adorable lol

Yes they were in a different tank before. The current tank is a little more than 4 months old

If he doesn't look sick, no visible sign of any infection, it could be just normal clown behavior. One of my clowns digs the sand, everynight when lights goes out, till the glass is visible and sleeps there. Just keep an eye on him in case something is really wrong.
I just saw the video, he does look sick, but you also said he's swimming again, how does he look now?

I cannot see the video, but I missed that your parameters had some nitrite. Sometimes tanks go through mini cycles. Prime helps with ammonia but nitrite is not good either. Maybe to help speed the process grab some bottled bacteria (I personally use fritzturbo start) but I’ve had really good luck with biospira:
I’ve tried them all and if you can’t get the live bacteria like fritz or fritz brand, this bottled dormant has saved some tanks I’ve had many times over. I study Cellular and molecular biology and love testing tank perimeters just for fun and the link I attached since you are in Hawaii might be a good option if you have limited resources.
Also, we can’t predict these things, and meds do kill some beneficial bacteria so even if you wanted to dose bacteria before medication that could help too. Don’t let a little bump in the road stress you or get you down! This hobby can be fun or be a nightmare depending on your outlook!

Hey everyone thanks for the help, an update on mango the clownfish, he's doing great I retested my water idk why the first test was inaccurate but my ph was actually very low, ive been slowly raising it and he gets better each day. I did some more aquascaping with more live rock and created more places to be alone if the other fish start to get aggressive. He seems to be enjoying it. I also have added stress coat to help out while I fixed the water and everything. Thanks again for the help.

One of my clownfish is laying on the sand in the corner of the tank, he isn't gasping or breathing fast and he moves his fins but normal nothing abnormal. His other half of the pair comes over and swims by him for a bit every few minutes.

Is he okay, is this normal or is there something wrong?

All my water parameters are normal and he ate when I fed them

Nope, sounds like you have the same clowns as me but I just checked and there still in there. Mine do the same thing for the last year and a half
