I have had this girl for about a year and a half. Yesterday she started swimming or not swimming more odd then usual, shes not eating and her breathing seems a bit fast. No white stringy poop that i can see. Any thoughts?

From what I can see it's not water quality since your corals look fantastic and your other fish appear to be fine. There doesn't appear to be any indication of external parasites. His swimming behavior appears to be normal. The clown's breathing is indeed faster than normal, but that could be from stress being in the acclimation box. Fish aggression can be a cause for fish not to eat but there doesn't appear to be any signs that show aggression. I would release the clown back and try to get the clown to eat again with garlic soaked flakes or mysis shrimp; that should incite him to eat again.
