Clownfish hosting cyanobacteria

Hi I'm new to reef keeping and have a question on clownfish. My tank is about 3 to 4 months old and I've had a cyno outbreak, one of my two clown fish have started hosting the cyno. If I clean the cyno will that stress out the clownfish since he is losing his host?

My two lover Cyano and gha. They liked it so much I delayed cleaning it up and then it took over.

Clean it up now. They will find a new spot
