I picked up a green bubble tip today and got my male of my pair to get into the nem but I watched the female come around and the male fights with her and won’t let her in is this normal

I see you were having a hard time getting any replies so I looked. But I don’t have an answer for you. It is neat that it hosted so quickly. I do have a few. There’s one that two clowns are in. They do chase each other while in it. But both are in there. I do have one that a crab and a clown are hosted with. I had to get a clown and anemone that were hosted to show the rest of the clowns what was possible. Now most of them at least try. I’ve got two clowns that love loving up in some zoas. They all are protective of them once they get in

Pretty common for clowns not to get along, frequently each of the pair will have its own home.
It’s possible that the male in question may be the female though.
Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t get any worse, but they should hopefully get along soon.

My only idea is that they are young and roles are not decided yet, in that case smaller one can still fight bigger one.

Once roles are decided its hard to see how a male would bully a female.

I had a couple which only one of them was hosting. The other was swimming close but not touching the anemone. Sometimes the anemone is just not big enough for two. I would not worry.
