I've had the cliwnfish for 6 weeks along with orchid dottyback with no issues. I've since added another clownfish and a purple firefish. Everyone is doing great but I've noticed these spots on my original clownfish for the last 3 days. They are not raised white bumps. The fish ate yesterday with no problem and was seen in the back of the tank this morning hovering on the sand bed, now its moved to the front of the tank. I dont have a qt tank. Any suggestions on remedies or what might be going on?

I'm no expert but it looks like brook to me. If you don't have a qt, you could try a 90 min ruby reef rally bath and metroplex in the tank to try to prevent reinfection. For now, a FW dip would help a lot, but with the skin already sloughing off and the fish looking that lethargic, it might not survive for that much longer :(

Its brooklynella and typical clown fish disease. Begin with freshwater dip and treatment will be daily formalin baths. The consensus is that the best and most effective treatment fir brook is formaldehyde based meds other than formalin is quick cure and ruby rally which contains formalin.
Typically a bath consists of a standard formalin solution which is mixed with either fresh or saltwater in a separate treatment container

Thanks I will look into these remedies. How long can the fishing in fw?

You'll need to dechlorinate some tap water (or use RODI) and aerate it for 30 min prior to the bath (pointing a powerhead at the surface of the water will work well. I would use some kind of bucket for the bath. 5 min should be a good time. You can read the more complete answer here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/

Ok and I can put metroplex directly in the tank as I have other fish and coral in there.

I think generally metroplex is considered not reef safe, so that's probably not a good idea. If you have other corals, I would try to quarantine the clown in a bucket, 5g would be fine. You could put a powerhead in it and dose prime to neutralize the ammonia. Unfortunately, the treatment will do nothing if it goes back into an infected tank.

The fw and formalin baths should be sufficient . Adding oxygen would not hurt
