Looks like early stages of Brook but I could be wrong. ich looks different then the pics you posted.

I can, but my LFS told me it is likely fungal and they prescribed SulfaPlex. Now I don't know what to do.

Here's my plan. I'll set up a hypo-salinity quarantine tank, medicated with SulfaPlex (It couldn't hurt to use this, right?). I'll give the fish freshwater dips as opposed to using formalin or another brooklynella-specific treatment. Does this sound good?
