Clownfish ich??

Hi all, I'm really new to this site and also newish to keeping marine fish. I have two clarkii clowns they both seem fine but one has developed a white attachment on its Gill. The other fish is clear of any signs of this but I'm just wanting to nip it in the bud as early as possible. It's hard to see on the pics but you should make out the white bit on the underside of the left gill

Hard to see. Is the spot raised a bit and cottony, fibrous, cauliflower like in texture?
