Can you please help to identify? The white spots showed on my clown overnight, and wouldn't eat this morning.
How can I treat if ich? I don't have a hospital tank and also have corals in my tank. Please any suggestions.

Thanks

That looks like Brooklynella to me, not Ich.
You really need to get that fish out of the DT and isolated. Even a plastic tub with a heater and air stone will do for now. Formalin is my recommended treatment for Brooklynella.
@Jay Hemdal is the disease expert to trust with a proper diagnosis.

I will second that.
Highly contagious if it’s Brook. Everyones gotta come out. The clown into a 45 minute formalin bath if I remember correctly but have a review of the stickies.
Your DT must go without any fish for 6 weeks to rid the tank of brook.
Sorry, wish I had better news.

I find it a bit hard to conclusively say brook, Ick or velvet, they all look so close maybe @Jay Hemdal could give some insight.

If so what is the treatment for that? I'm new to the hobby any help would be great.
Here's a link to HumbleFish's Formalin recommendations...

I cannot stress it enough to you how fast-acting, contagious and lethal this disease can be. You do not want to deal with it tank-wide. Get that fish out NOW!

Once QT and treated the fish would need to stay outta display for 6 weeks? Would I need to do anything to my display tank and corals during this time?

Are there any other fish in the tank? But yes you should have a fallow period. Corals wouldnt be effected

Yup, sorry, 6 weeks brook, 10 weeks for ick. You might want to cut back a lot of feeding but give some, enough to keep trace N and P, otherwise nothing other than normal routine.
It is the only documented way for success.

Then i agree with uncle just qt the fish and a formalin dip asap

I would say you have less than 2 days before the fish dies if you do nothing, maybe even less than 1
