Hello what kind of clown fish are these? I am asking because I want to get them an anemone and I want to make sure I get the right one. I want to get them one obviously hoping that they will host. I only have a 40 gallon tank. So any thought will be helpful. Also, they are the only 2 fish in my tank. I want to get some other fish but not aggressive ones. I want to add some need additions with my taxes. Thank you all in advance!!!

Pics?

Black ocellaris clownfish. Best bet would be a bubble tip anemone. Don't expect them to call the anemone home right away or even at all.

Any suggestions on tank mates for the two ocellaris?

Honestly I have not had issue with any fish with a clowns other than a tang once but he hated everything.
Only thing I would really worry about is damsels and other clowns or anything big enough to eat them or aggressive fish species....

I have a pair of "standard" ocellaris and a rose BTA that hosts them. Their tank mates are: yellow tang, coral beauty angel, fire gobies, cardinals, royal gramma, six line wrasse, skunk cleaner shrimp and a cleaner goby. Never had any aggression. Sometimes the wrasse or the coral beauty approach the RBTA but the clowns defend it easily and shoo them away. In the past I have had purple dottieback, lawnmower blenny, twin spot blenny. Same story , no aggression
