So I took my kid to get some clownfish a few weeks back, fully intending to come home with some percs/ocelaris (Nemo) - but he found these guys which we both liked. The LFS employee called them clarkii’s, we got them home and did some research, no pictures of clarkiis look like our fish!

I was just browsing the forums and found “saddlebacks” and they seem to be a match! Is that what we’ve got here?? Bright yellow face and fin tips. Thanks!!

Looks right, but with caution. There are so many "designer" clownfish being bred that without genetic verification I am not certain that gross physical traits are 100% reliable for clownfish id these days. You are probably correct in this instance but let's see what other folk say you have?

They do look like Saddlebacks over Clarkii’s.
