Clownfish in trouble - HELP!

Some internal parasites can cause heavy breathing & lethargy, but the flashing is unusual. Something tells me you have another problem: Velvet or brook are my prime suspects.

So does that mean Copper treatment or something else?

So far this morning it doesn't seem to have gotten better or worse. I guess that should be a positive sign.

Do you mean the metro every 2 days using focus to bind it?

If so, then I will just stick with it and keep a close eye on the clowns

You could do a 5 min FW dip and then a Paraguard bath and then Coppersafe treatment in QT.

You can safely combine metro with Coppersafe.

The problem with waiting & seeing is if the fish does have velvet or brook it might be too late by the time you start to see more symptoms.

I will follow the link instructions, but since I don't have CP I'm assuming I treat with Copper Safe instead, right?

How about

The Dr. G's has CP as the active ingredient, but I'm assuming it wouldn't be an adequate replacement, right?
Is there any value to either of the foods in the picture in this process?

Your clownfish definitely has intestinal worms, so I would begin feeding Hex Shield straight away.

Yes. The one without the white stringy poop flashes regularly. The other one is just hanging out in the corner. They don't seem to want to eat.

OK. I finally have everything ready.

Let me know if this looks correct.
1. Fresh water dip in RO water (aerated and tank temp matched) for 5 min
2. Then directly into Acryflavine (1 teaspoon in a 5 gal bucket of fresh saltwater with matched temp and salinity to tank) for 75-90 min keeping it to temp and aerated. I will closely observe as well.
3. Meanwhile I will bring my QT up to 2 ppm with Coppersafe right away as well as Kanaplex and Furan-2.

Should I do a water change before any of this in the QT?
Also, Do I continue on with Metro every 2 days for the intestinal worms?

I bought the hex shield because I figured it would be good to have. Last night I dosed the tank appropriately with Metro and I plan to do it every 2 days.
Right?
Since they are not eating, I will save the Hex Shield for future fish.

Well, I just finished with FW dip fro 5 min and Acriflavine for 90 minutes and the clowns are both back in the QT which was dosed with Coppersafe while they were gone.
They seem pretty much the same as far as behavior goes and they don't look any different, but there were a couple of white specs that were in the FW dip bucket after they were out. Not sure if I can tell what they are.

As far as coppersafe, how often should I test? I'm assuming I just add enough to keep the level consistently at .2ppm

You shouldn't need to redose the copper once it's at 2ppm unless you do a water change. Test daily until you get it to 2ppm, then test after every water change to be sure the levels didn't drop or rise during the change.

I brought the QT to 2ppm all at once while they were in the bath. I believe that was what was recommended for Velvet.
I took a picture and will post it when i get a chance.

Well, this morning both clownfish look marginally better, but they both ate a little. I will take that as good news. I know it may take some days before they are through the worst of it, but I feel like I've done all I can so far. Now, its just time to be patient.
