Hey Folks.
My friend's female clown is in trouble.
It has whitish under the head area but it can't swim.
Here is a video.
Any help would be appreciated.

Cant view the video. Can you post through YouTube and then paste URL?

Thanks.
Yes, looks bad. Just wondering if it's a sort of swim bladder issue or maybe something contagious. Just worried about his other fish as well.

Spinning can be due to swim bladder, bad water quality, internal parasites, and possible brain damage.

What are the current water parameters?

Is this a new fish?

Any new additions?

Any aggression between fish? I noticed the other clown nipping at him as swung by.

I'll ask my bud to test his water but he's really good with water changes. They are a mated pair. They have been in the same tank for 8 moths or so.
The only new addition was a yellow tang. No aggression, thought the meanest fish in there is the female clown.

So my bud did a large water change and a FW dip.
The clown is back to swimming normally and no apparent other issues.
I wonder why this one fish was affected and not the others?
