Clownfish in trouble

Clown fish looks like its gasping for air. Tested the water and .25 ammonia, .25 nitrites and 5 ppm nitrates. Did a 40% water change monday

Can’t open video on my phone
What test kits are you using?
You can add air stone for added oxygen but low oxygen may be part of the issue
Does fish show loss of color and milliners around its face and stopped eating?
Any pics under white lighting will be helpful

He didnt make it lost my big clarkill clown and a domino damsel. Rest of tank is fine

Hello I also have a clown suffering. He was fine yesterday and this morning and is now in the sandbed gasping. Tank is 2 years old and he is 2 months old. All of my other fish are fine.

parameters:
nitrate 8ppm
Calcium 450
Alk 8.0
Magnesium 1250
Salinity 1.026 ppm
Phosphate .18 (I have gfo running to help lower)

I use Hanna checkers and Red Sea test kits.
