Parameters are all good.
I have a QT tank and copper in hand (still waiting for prazi and metro shipment), so i can treat it with copper if needed.

Would love an advice, want to act quick if needed

Was hard to see with movement of fish but is ich and fish will need to be isolated and treated with coppersafe at treatment level 2.25 and monitored with a Hanna brand copper test kit for a full 30 days. Any other occupants have been exposed and too will need treatment. monitor ammonia level also with a reliable ammonia test kit

I can’t see much in the video, but the description does sound like ich. As said, treatment in a qt is the best way to go.

Just so it's clear - ALL of your fish need to be treated with copper and prazipro - not just the ones with symptoms. The tank should remain fallow for 6-8 weeks
