Hi, so I just finished my quarantine of my fish after having a small ich outbreak and treated with 45days copper at 2.5ppm, then 20 days of observation. Yesterday I added them back into the 80g tank that payed fallow for the period of time, with just the CUC in. Woke up today to find my oldest clownfish on the ground:( I don’t know if it was due to stress of the move. I also have a purple and blue tang in the tank. Any other factors that would make this happen?

Bummer,,, and sorry...

Will never go without a a screen/mesh cover -- heard too many stories like this.

My blenny went for a jump attempt after recent tank transfer (before I had the new tank covered) -- luckily, he hit the top lip of my rimmed tank and fell back in. (All good but scary).

I've never seen my clown hit the screen but better safe than sorry.
*you never know what might freak out a fish
