Hello! I have a 30 gal that is about two months old, and I have a pair of clown fish that are well acquainted with each other and I can establish the genders by now. I have started to notice that the male is getting a darker tint of orange on the top of him, and he lies in "moss" all the time. (I do not know if it is moss or algae yet, and I would be more than happy to send a picture of the stuff.) I would just like to know whats up then I will be on my way.

(P.S. I am battling cyanobacteria right now and its starting to get a little better.)

It says the photo was not as expected. Could it be algae? Because I used to have some moss balls in there for shrimp but the fell apart somehow. Could it have grown on rock?

Looks like GHA to me to, I have seen bryopsis in the past and it looked more like a fern to me.

Pretty new tank and starting to go through some uglies.
