My female clownfish got stuck to my MP10 for just an moment the other day. I help her get free. Ever since then she's been acting strange, swimming in the corner and mouth seems stuck open. She's not eating.
Should I try to fix her jaw?
Thanks

How would you go about fixing her jaw?

Chances are she was sick and weakened before getting stuck to the pump. How long have you had her? Is the other clown fine?

We'll, I scooped her out just to touch her jaw. It does in fact close. I guess it's not stuck open.
She must be injured from the mp10.
Ive had her for about 4 years. Always healthy.
The other clown is fine.
Only additions to the tank was more CUC I ordered online.
Thx anyways...

I haven’t experienced this so I really have no advice on how to correct and treat it. But it could be lockjaw. Your clown may have been in a weakened state that allowed it to get stuck in the powerhead. And the powerhead may not be the cause of its lockjaw. Is it eating?

It was eating up until that power head incident. I checked her mouth and it's not stuck open, looks like she's just breathing through her mouth. Gils just have been damaged. :/

could try some stress guard but doubt it will do anything though. sucks hate seeing this happen. my only future advice is get some sponge covering for the vents on your flow heads

I do have a sponge cover. Luckily. It would have been worse.
My fault, I was cleaning the glass, cranked up the powerhead to blow the algae around.
