There is an unidentified nudibranch on my glass right now. It looks like a sea sheep or a lettuce sea slug. My clownfish is nipping at it and I am worried if they are poisonous and I should intervene before my clown actually eats it

well if it’s a poisonous nudibranch I don’t want my clownfish to die if I can do something about it
Do you not think your fish knows what it can and can not consume?

If you are panicked get rid of it. There are a dozen more waiting in the shadows probably.

Let nature run its course
Likely no toxins but net it and discard while you can see it before it lays eggs if fertile and it becomes a widespread issue

a picture of said nudibranch would be beneficial

This was the best I could get, super small and it looks like a sea sheep, a Berghia, or a lettuce slug
