Ouch- looks like either post parasite hence the little holes or brooklynella which is a typical clown disease .
Fir temporary relief, you can give it a 5minute freshwater dip. Formalin is an effective cure and can be found in the form of ruby rally reef or more effective- API quick cure
Give the fish a 90 min bath with formalin daily for 5 days.
Assure dip and bath are same temperature as display tank

That’s does look a lot like it could be brooklynella

I’ve seen half a dozen cases like this, one just last week. Always a white clown that has large pink areas. I don’t know what it is. Until I can get one to necropsy, I can only guess; it seems below the skin level so I would have to say internal bacterial infection that is made visible due to the translucent skin of the white clownfish….
Of course, guessing doesn’t help your fish though!

Unfortunately she didn’t make it. The areas were definitely pink in color, I suppose it not being Brooklynella is good news. …
I had the pair for about 2 weeks and got them direct from Sustainable Aquatics. They seemed fine until they weren’t___

Hey Mr. Charlie, I just had this exact same thing happen to my pair. Did you find out the root cause of the issue? I want to find out before adding any more fish to my display.

Here's a pic and video of what mine looked like.
