Clownfish Not Eating

As the title says a clownfish I purchased two weeks ago with a bubbletip Anemone has not eaten. I have tried Flake, Small Pellets, Frozen Brine Shrimp and Mysis. I have tried garlic flavoring the foods, all to no avail. He or She lunges at the food but does not take it in its mouth. She recently adopted my Goniopora (hanging out by it most of the time) and ignores the bubble tip. Other times it hangs out at the top of the tank. The fish seems energetic and has no signs of labored breathing or other distress. However its belly has started to shrink and I have no other ideas to get it to eat. Any suggestions would be welcome. Water parameters are within limits and all other inhabitants are eating.
