Need some advice.
2 small clownfish purchased 2 weeks ago, and put into QT at my work. Coper power was raised from 1 to 2.5ppm over 5 days. A few days after therapeutic coper level was achieved I started dosing metronidazole as well. On Monday i noticed the smaller clown was swimming at the surface a lot, but swimming down occasionally and eating normal, was also being a little bullied at the time(larger clown establishing dominance) so I thought that was the reason. Smaller clown no longer being bullied, and spending a lot less time at the surface now, but still does occasionally. My concern now is the larger clown was not acting interested in food on friday. Swam over and looked at it, bit didnt eat. Might look like gills more exposed than usual, hard to tell. I think i saw it twitch once or twice?
I dosed general cure on friday in place of metro incase flukes? Not sure where to go from here, all suggestions welcome. Thanks.

May be an internal parasite or brooklynella. If internal, praziquantel (praziPro) May help.
Before any assumptions, please post a couple clear pics under white lights for proper assessment

Thank you for the reply, the tank is at my workplace. I will post pictures Monday.
I can’t believe I forgot to mention… both clown did seem to have whitish stringy poop. Brown mixed intermittently with white Friday morning. That’s why dosing metro and now general cure.

If youre feeding either mysis shrimp, brine shrimp or both- it can mimic the internal parasite poop look and be nothing and in turn, medicating can reduce both oxygen and appetite.

Ahh. Ok. Yes, their diet has mostly consisted of mysis, brine, and some blood worms. I was trying to initially treat prophylactically with cooper and metro like i have seen people talking about i believe in these forums. Recommended foods then? should i hault meds? Prob want to see those pics first. Ill take some mon morn. Thanks.

Here are those photos. Orange clown is eating, white clown is acting a little more interested in food. Spitting most of the food out this am, but i think i saw it eat a few pieces. Tried, mysis, spirulina brine, pellets, flake, and all with garlic also.
