Concerns about clownfish recently staying close to top, swimming on its side, no apitite, and just not acting right.
Any suggestions?

Any other fish? Recent or new fish or invert additions? What do you normally feed and have you tried anything different from what you'd normally feed?
Nothing new for last 5 months. It was doing great up until last week and now is just off. Generally feed Marine Frenzy in the morning, and on occasion some marine pellets. I have a Scopus Tang, 6 line wrasse, and a Stiped Damsel, I know..... they have all gotten along and interacted. The other fish look great and are not bothering the Clown.

My best guess is something may be picking on him. I had a clownfish that was acting in a similar manner and it turned out the other two clownfish were harassing him. Barring some sort of illness, but I don't really see anything amiss in the image.

does it have any buldging on its sides? it might be a swim bladder or bouyancy issue but this is weird with no added stuff and parameters are correct

are you running a skimmer or something to add oxygen to the water? and also @Jay Hemdal this one is prob an emergency so check it out

Can you post a short video? With clownfish, that sometimes help diagnose issues....to see their breathing rate, the way they are swimming, etc.

The EXACT same issue was going on with my gladiator clown that I've had for 2 years. Perfectly healthy up until a week ago. Unfortunately, he died today. He lasted about a week of the sideways, at the top of the tank.
