Clownfish not swimming and heavy breathing

My clownfish is laying on the bottom of the tank struggling to swim and breathing heavy all other fish seem to be fine.

Salt 1.025
Ph 8.2
Ammonia 0
nitrite 0 to 0.25
Nitrate 0

Pictures under white lighting would be helpful

Also:
- What test kits are you using ?
- Are you using RODI water or tap water from the faucet ?
- WHAT IS AGE OF THE TANK ?
- what is your. . . ammonia-nitrate-ph-salinity levels?

Sadly the fish has died but. Using API master test kit also fish store checked. Using RODI tank is 2 months and levels are listed above
