Ok. I know about the dominant with the clownfish. Ive had 2 since last year together one slightly larger than the other. When I 1st got them the larger was showing dominance towards the smaller one and it would always seem to back down so I figured the bigger one was female. Just a couple of days ago the smaller one has been chasing and almost seems like attacking the larger one which I've never saw before.

The larger one now hides behind the rock now when lights go off and just stays away in one corner. Should I be concerned? Or are they just switching who's the dominant one now?

Clowns in general possess aggression and are they displaying any courting or mating behaviors?

I don't think so. I haven't seen any of the twitch dance they do. I'm not sure but the smaller one is really agressive, Ive separated the larger one for now in a Icecap trap that I had to give it some rest.
