Clownfish poop

Had these guys for a week now. First 2 days they were hiding. Since then they've been swimming all over the tank and eating like pigs. Today I saw their poop for the first time, is this anything to be concerned about?

Nah, my clowns make huge turds. Then once it falls out the other fish play with it ^.^

Looks like internal parasites. Target feed them Metro with Focus for 2 weeks 2 x daily.

Just ordered some on amazon.

So I just fed them pellets with metro but I noticed right after they pooped and it looked normal. Is there any harm in continuing the metro?
