Does this look normal? Hes been eating like a pig. Lrs reef crazy and hikari marine pellets

The size is of no concern.
The white color "COULD" indicate a possible parasite infestation.
Or it could be the camera that's whitening it out.
I would re-post this in the fish disease forum for more experienced than I to see.

In any case to avoid many back and forth questions and no answers for you then include the following along with the pictures.

All current Water parameters?
Any other issues with any other fish in the same tank?
When was it added?
Is it in a QT tank under QT?
What if any were recent additions to the tank including inverts, fish, or used equipment over the past month you may have bought and added.

Not normal, you seem to have a bit of a bacterial infection going on there!
