Hi, I am new to this hobby, and it has been about 2-3 months. Right after the tank was cycled, two clownfish were added.
Then, Possum wrasse,Yellow watchmen, Yellow Coris, Bengali Cardinals, fire, pistol, cleaner shrimps, and inverts were added each week.

Possum died in 3 days, and total 5 Bengali cardinals didn't make it. (not at the same time).

Clownfish, shrimps and inverts are doing fine. I am really curious why some fishes keep dying!

I looked my clownfish, they have some white stuff on their skin. I was wondering if they got Brooklynella or ich.

Not sure if you can identify with these pictures but if you could please.

They are eating and swimming very well. Very active.

No doubt Brook. The most significant sign is the amount of slime on its body. The thick mucus on its body is a second sign which is noticeable on the fish. This mucus generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
Typical treatment is a formalin solution is mixed with in a separate container with either fresh or saltwater. Start with a quick dip in the formalin at a higher concentration then performing treatment in a prolonged bath of formalin base at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank. The longer the fish are exposed to the formalin treatment the more effective it will be at eliminating this issue.
If a formalin solution is not available for immediate use, temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this treatment will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.
Treatment is best done in a QT tank using either quick cure (more effective) or Ruby Rally Pro. Ruby takes a little longer and initial treatment generally takes 2-3 days to really start going to work.

The photos are best taken under white lighting, so I suggest reposting.

In a couple of photos it looks like brook.

Its a good sign they are still eating Ruby reef rally and formalin are good treatments but you need to do this in QT and run display fallow for 6 weeks.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The fish may not be dying from the same reasons, but the clownfish could well have Brooklynella. Can you post a short video? Their swimming/breathing pattern can help with diagnosis.

Ultimately, what you are seeing is an overall quality issue - the fish are arriving to you with some hidden issues. I prefer to quarantine all new fish, but I understand that is difficult for some home aquarists to do (no second tank). You might then want to look for a dealer that can quarantine the fish for you.

I ordered Seachem ParaGuard, Copper and API Melafix. Can Paraguard or API Melafix can treat Brook?
or Ruby Rally Pro is the most efficient product?

That does look like Brooklynella. The fishmedics here are having a sidebar discussion. Formalin is the best treatment for this, but it is being pulled from products due to its toxic nature for humans. Rally Pro apparently no longer contains formalin, so I have my doubts if it will still work from Brook. Copper doesn't work. Melfix is a tonic, it won't work either. Paraguard changed its formulation also - but it still apparently contains some sort of aldehyde. Dosing that in a treatment tank would be one way to go. You should give the fish a 5 minute FW dip when you move them over.
