Hello,

I recently moved my fish over to a new tank and just discovered black spots on my clownfish that I didn’t see beforehand. Any idea what it is? #m#medic

This is a Pigmentation known as hyper-melanization which may have come from coral sting such as anemone or other coral such as hammer, torch or similar. Mine got stung by an elegance coral. You dont need to treat with anything as it will self heal and allowing the clown to become accustomed to the sting from host
