I have a maroon clown I’ve had for a few months now I got two but bad thing was same size and one picked on the other so I got rid of one. The question is can I get a orange clown to maybe pair with a maroon

Yes, you can another species (I assume that you are referring to an ocellaris or percula when you say "orange"), but I personally would add another Maroon that is notably smaller than your current fish. In contrast to most other species of clowns where the common approach is to add two juveniles and assume that one will establish dominance and grow into the female, IMO the best approach with Maroons is to add a small juvenile with an established female (make sure that you have a hiding place like a container in the tank that has holes large enough for the small clown but too small for the large one). Good luck!
