Clownfish randomly have black dots help!

I'm new to the forums but I am desperate and don't want my clowns to die. I'm not even sure if this is the right area to post this at but its been about 2 weeks and my clowns have these black dots on them. I have two anemones that i've had with the clowns since i started the tank and all of a sudden these black dots appeared. my clowns don't seem sick they eat and act normal so im not sure what this is.
I have 3 clowns.

Looks like hyper melanization from a coral...maybe the nems.

^^i agree most likely hyper-melanization from stinging coral or probably the Anenomes.

Is it bad ? The anemones am clownfish have been together for as long as they been in the tank?

Not bad. As they rub against it they incorporate the corals mucus into thier coat but until that they get slightly stung resulting in the black marks.

Although not fatal, Can be bad I some cases. This is more of a condition than a disease. The dark spots are reactions from coming into contact with an anemone or stinging coral.
Most of the time it self-corrects, in rare cases it can be fatal for the fish. It all depends upon whether eventually the host accepts the clown and freshwater dip and lower salinity may rid this issue. if not, formalin dips usually work well. periodic treatments are recommended.
Formalin should be used in a series of 3 dips, one every 3rd day. If you chose freshwater dips, then do a series of at least3 treatments once every other day. The little black spots are minute worms causing the fish to scratch against objects in the tank

My clowns get the same black dots from time to time. I think its because they are percs and the rbtas aren't necessarily natural hosts for them so they get stung and those are the "wounds" or "scars". Typically just goes away on its own.
