Clownfish rapid breathing

Whats wrong with him/her
they have been breathing like this for 2 days now and usually stays in one spot but when the light are out they move around a lot also there's another clown in the tank too but it's not breathing as hard

ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 40-80?
Also both clown fish where added 2 days ago

Why are the nitrates so high, you might want to do a water change to bring it down.

Is there any agitation on the water surface, or is it flat? It should be agitated to help with gas exchange and help put oxygen in the water, point a powerhead at the surface.

There's a power head pointed towards the surface and for the nitrates it's hard to do water changes as in I have no ro/di system so I'm only able to buy salt water every 2 weeks

Tomorrow I can buy the water should I do a 50% water change?

need at least pics in the event this is not a water quality issue. Its hard to determine cause and effect without video and pics under white light intensity.
Is fish eating?
Any loss of color?

his color is slightly duller then the other clown and since both where just added 2 days ago they won't eat yet

Also it'd on white light idk why my phone keeps picking up blue light

Oh also he mainly sits in one spot unless I turn on the wave maker then he goes to that spot in the video

There is a POSSIBILITY of Brooklynella but Unconfirmed as the lighting is too blue. Really need white lighting as it is Imperfections im looking for

I see dots but believe they are on the glass. I see faint dots on fish (??) which may be signs along with faded coloration and heavy breathing suggesting early signs of brook. The fish in the video has that sort of wabble like swim pattern also. You can treat the tank safely with ruby Rally Pro which will address the clown also

So I don't have a qt tank do I just treat the whole display tank its just them 2 clowns

Cant confirm brook but Ruby is invert/tank safe and will address an array of issues

I saw where you said the powerhead was pointing to the surface, but is it breaking the surface tension? You need to have a good amount of bubbles breaking the surface to drive off carbon dioxide. That may not solve the problem, but it will help with the symptoms.

Meanwhile, follow what @vetteguy53081 says about Brook.

@vetteguy53081 so an update are his fins clamped and also should I do a fw dip with this clown, they both are just swimming in the current btw it's the top clown

Also I've ordered the ruby rally pro dk when it's coming none of my lfs had it in stock

One of them:
Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus, hiding and wobble like swim behavior. Clamped fins also are a sign from flukes
