Clownfish really sluggish and not eating

System is 3 months old and I've got a blackice clownfish that I added to the system (about 2 weeks after the tank cycled )
I noticed yesterday she was moving a lot slower and wasnt eating when I fed the tank
Visually, I dont see anything ohysically wrong with her
I regularly check perameters and they're all stable at,
pH: 8
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 10
Alk: 12.1ppm
Mag: 1290ppm
Calcium: 490
Tank size 13.5g
Inhabitants: firefish, springer damsel, bluestreak goby, cleaner shrimp, some snails and a conch

3 month tank and no ammonia/nitrate- if you’re using API test kits, you may likely be getting false readings

What color is the fishs’ poop?

A little update,

I did a fresh water dip shortly after this was posted, didnt see anything come off and then kept her in a smaller isolated tank.

The next day it seemed like she got worse, her stomach was starting to sink and her right eye got all foggy. I figured I didnt have the knowledge nor the equiment and medication needed to keep her going so I had to bring her back to the lfs I got her from in hopes that they would do better there
