I’ve noticed my clownfish lowkey having a seizure for the past few day’s. I’m pretty sure that’s the male one. Why is it shaking ? It is currently in 0.5 copper treatment (cupramine)

here’s a video of him in action

You may have seen your clownfish violently shaking either when you first introduced them to the aquarium or a few times a day. ... This is normal behavior, to keep the male clownfish from changing the female will bully slightly to ensure she will stay dominant.

When I had two clown fish the bigger one would always nip at the smaller one/bullying him. I noticed after every time that happened my smaller clown fish would shake just like that. I wish I could help you on how to fix it. My smaller clown fish some how jumped through the tiniest whole on the back of the tank and night and died.

They’ve been in the tank together for a year before he’d do it to her now he’s just doing it against the flower pot. They always hang out together and I’ve never seen any bullying either just odd

I have 2 pairs of clowns in 2 different tanks and the male of both pairs does the same thing! I only see it every now and then but I suppose it could happen more often but I'm not constantly watching the tanks.

Likely pairing or mating. They need acceptance from the female

ive had my clown for the past 7 months, I dont have another fish in the tank
and he did that last night, tale down, facing up, and shook so much
