Clownfish sick or pregnant?!

I noticed today that my clown fish was looking bigger. I first thought that she might’ve been pregnant but read that you need to look out for white poop coming from the stomach. that’s what I’m seeing now. What do you guys think?

internal parasites. Searching for “white stringy poop” will yield some recommendations by @Humblefish.Pretty much feed them food soaked in General Cure (bound with Focus) for 3 weeks or so to rid them of internal parasites/worms.
