Clownfish sick???

The black clown is breathing fast and is very weak. The orange clown is up and swimming, but does seem a bit off.

How are the other animals doing? I see a couple of empty snail shells on the sand and a few corals on the rocks.

Is the water testing good?
How long have you had the clownfish?
