Clownfish sick?

Okay i have to clownfish that are rapidly swimming from one side to the other. gills are not wide open or seem to be breathing rappidly they are also swimming to the surface i checked all my parameters and are good just my salt was reading close to 1.027 i lowered it to 1.026 they also dont want to take any type of food. Tank size 55g is this normal behavior?? I've had them for almost 8months now.. So im confused

Honestly dont know im guessing yes since they havnt ate in 2 days i been trying to feed them but just go around it let it sink or they just spit it out..

Yes they are like darting around like crazy

Are they scratching on anything? Any other fish in there?

Nope just them well besides a cleaner shrimp thats been with them for a while and scratching no just swimming against the front glass. No white spots.

Are your nitrates or phosphates high?
and there's going to be a little delay, driving home now.

0.03- 0.05 PO4

I have no suggestion as to what is causing this...but I would definately check for ammonia (I doubt this) and either add or change out my carbon....

yes, I would do the same. If you haven't changed anything that would have bothered them then I would just leave them alone and watch them. What kind of food do you use?

Nls pellets they usually love those i also have flakes and mysis i been watching them asoon as i turned off the lights they went to there normal sleep routine i will see what happens tomorrow morning ill keep updating
