Any chance you can post a picture? How long have you had the clownfish? Did you QT it?

#Mods can we get this moved to the fish disease forum please?

Ok

looks like it may have ich. I would get it in quarantine ASAP and start treatment with copper or CP. A freshwater dip may alleviate his symptoms and buy you time to get treatment started.
Do you have other fish with it? They will all need to be treated as well.

Her mate and would hypo work?

I'm not sure if it is ich or velvet, but I am pretty sure it is one of the two. Either way, the proper course of action is to get it into a hospital tank and prepare to treat it with copper. All the fish it shares the tank with will need to be treated.

Hypo might work if you think you can successfully pull it off. There are hypo resistant strains of ich. If this is velvet and not ich, hypo won't work.

Lets wait for either @Humblefish or @melypr1985 to weight in on which they think it is.

I am not a big fan of hypo and if he is not eating and feeling sick, it may not be work fast enough to help him.

Did do a FW dip and a the spots kinda went away but she still looks stressed out

Did you see white stuff blowing area in the dip water (like in the video)? Or once settled, they would like this if the fish has flukes:
