Clownfish sick

Hello all,
Looking for some help figuring out what is wrong with my fish. I have had him about 2 months. He has always done well. He stopped eating about 6 days ago no matter what food I use. He would still swim around and even move around the food but not eat. He has been hovering around the bottom of the tank and breathing heavily. I have checked my parameters which are good. I have added a skunk shrimp to the tank around the same time he started acting weird.
My other fish a Midas blenny and clown have been normal. I also have 1 bta. Any thoughts would help.

I would get a few extra opinions other than mine just to be sure but the amount of mucus that is visible on his body in the pictures you’ve posted suggest to me that it might be Brookynella. There aren’t any reef safe Brookynella treatments so you’ll need to remove him and treat with either formalin or chloroquine phosphate.
