Sorry for the bad quality picture but the stripe near my clownfish’s eye is flaky and this is the same for the other clownfish . What is going on ?

Yes a couple of days ago I did and he had a swollen belly.

The fish probably has Hexamita (internal parasite). I would begin food soaking metronidazole (e.g. Seachem Metroplex) + use Seachem Focus to bind it.
